Fair, balanced judge

Judge Patricia M. Fallon is seeking reelection to the Cook County circuit court for the 12th Judicial Subcircuit. This district includes Wheeling, Elk Grove, Maine, Northfield and New Trier Townships. She was unanimously appointed to this position by the Illinois Supreme Court in July 2019 and won the Democratic Primary for the seat in March. Republican attorney and Trump donor, Frank DiFranco is running against her. Judge Fallon has 19 years of litigation experience in employment, labor and civil rights,

Including both federal and state court litigation. She is viewed by her colleagues as a fair and balanced judge. Her stated desire and commitment is to work for the good of all the residents of Cook County. She has done this faithfully since being seated at the 12th Judicial Subcircuit.

She has been ranked as qualified by judicial reviews. Mr. DiFranco is putting big money into his race against Judge Fallon, perhaps to deflect from his legal problems. Mr. DiFranco is currently a defendant in a widely publicized federal civil rights lawsuit. Such actions should give voters pause and question DiFranco's ability to judge fairly. His donations to the Trump campaign should also make us question his ability to represent all of us.

Given all that we know, we would be well served by reelecting Judge Fallon to the 12th Judicial Subcircuit Court and allowing her to continue her work representing all citizens of Cook County with honesty and integrity.
