What is really fair?

One of the items on our voting ballot will be a question about a "fair" tax. Is it really fair to charge the rich a higher tax because they had the time, energy and incentive to earn a higher income? It's one more reason for someone to leave Illinois. When the people with higher incomes are gone, who's left to pay the taxes? You and me. Vote no on the Fair Tax Amendment.
