Lack of foresight?

Where's the emergency medical equipment Illinois purchased and stored after the swine flu epidemic of 2009? Other states took action and stored medical equipment for the next epidemic.

Oh, the Democratic government then didn't bother. Why didn't Govs. Blagojevich or Quinn or Speaker Madigan or Senate President Cullerton do something?

Maybe Gov. Pritzer should quit blaming President Trump and cooperate with him. Might have better results.
