Amendment is safe

A letter in today's paper stated that President Trump may overturn the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution limiting the president to serving two terms. How irresponsible. No president can change the Constitution without a super majority two-thirds approval of the Congress and ratification by three fourths of the states. This is very rare and has been done only one time in the history of the United States, in the case of Prohibition.
