Professional, ethical

I am pleased to write this letter in support of Judge Justin Hansen. I have known Judge Hansen for several years. Judge Hansen, while in private practice, exuded professionalism, character and fairness. He has carried these traits onto the bench since serving McHenry County as a Circuit Judge. Judge Hansen acts ethically, impartially and compassionate at all times, and I am supporting him for Circuit Judge.

As an attorney myself, it was always a pleasure working with Judge Hansen while he was an attorney in private practice. He was professional and ethical, which are two of the best traits that any attorney can possess. On the bench, having had the opportunity to appear before Judge Hansen, he is knowledgeable, invests the time to become familiar with each of his cases, and makes rulings with clarity, fairness and impartiality.

Judge Hansen not only serves the people of McHenry County on the bench, but devotes his personal time to causes that are important to him, serving on the board of directors for Senior Care Volunteer Network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County, the McHenry County Bar Association, as well as working with our local schools to educate students on the legal system. Judge Hansen's campaign slogan is "Integrity - Not Politics." This is very fitting for him because Judge Hansen strives to do what is right and fair instead of acting on political persuasion. Judge Hansen is genuine, professional, ethical and the best person to serve his subcircuit as Circuit Judge.

As a female, I am less concerned about diversity on our bench and more concerned about the right person for the job. Judge Hansen is the right candidate for this position, and I hope you will join me in supporting him on March 17th!
