Tower is burden to taxpayers

Just as I predicted when it was first proposed, besides being a terrible eyesore, Naperville's cement phallic symbol in the sky, also known as Moser Tower, continues to be a burden to Naperville taxpayers.

Imagine all the good things that could be done with $3 million and all the other millions spent in the past and future to maintain this monstrosity.

Cut your losses, Naperville, and spend the money now to tear it down and donate the remainder of the $3 million to charity.

Or, use the money to purchase and renovate one of District 204's extraneous school buildings and turn it into a homeless facility and training center.

In place of the ugly and embarrassing tower, install a plaque seeking forgiveness.

Shame on you, Naperville idolatry worshippers; Moser must be rolling over in his grave.
