President must be stopped
Why do people vote the way they do? Why did the 2016 election turn out with Donald Trump the victor? When voters choose Trump, what were their reasons:
• I always vote Republican.
• I can't stand Hillary.
• A woman can't make those tough decisions, they're too emotional.
• Trump's going to get rid of all the corruption in D.C. and drain the swamp.
• He was successful on TV on the Apprentice. He's so entertaining.
• He knows how to make a deal.
I'm sure when voters chose Trump, they didn't know he was going to give the wealthy a giant tax break, that he was going to put immigrants and their children in cages, that Mexico wasn't going to pay for the wall, but funds for military expenses might, that tariffs against China would put many farmers out of business, and through social media, the Russians would aid in Trumps election, that he was petty and vindictive against anyone who disagrees with him, and he would lie and cheat, making a profit off his presidency.
What would four more years of Donald Trump look like? I shudder to think of it, but voters should project, knowing how he bullies to get his way.
Our allies would turn their back on us.
Our press would no longer be free.
Donald Trump and his enablers wipe their feet on our constitution and reject the rule of law. Unless he gets impeached by the House and tried and convicted by the Senate, it will be up to the voters in 2020 to evict him. They will be in charge of stopping this wannabe dictator.
