Letter: Ukraine is just latest Dems coup attempt
It is absolutely astonishing for informed Americans to watch the Democrats' once again attempt an obviously fraudulent coup attempt in their public Ukraine hearings to override the American people's choice of Donald Trump for president.
For 2½ years, Democrats screamed 24/7 with certainty that Trump colluded with Russia to beat Hillary Clinton. Those phony accusations went bust after four investigations.
The bottom line is that the Democrats with the help of the "Fake News" have been lying to the people for 2½ years.
Democrats are once again trying to launch a phony coup attempt by accusing President Trump of an illegal "Quid Pro Quo" attempt to force Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden.
They based that accusation on a secret "whistleblower" summary of a phone call. There is just one problem, because President Trump released the content of that call, all Americans now can read the content of that call and discover that President Trump did nothing wrong.
In listening to the hearings today, I was amazed to see the Democrats lie and misrepresent the content of that call.
On top of that, those same Democrats, who criticized Trump (who provided Ukraine critical weapons) for briefly delaying additional weapons to Ukraine, never criticized President Barack Obama for never sending Ukraine one single lethal weapon to defend itself.
This charade will be an IQ test to see if Americans still deserve our democracy.
