The real cause of global warming

Is the globe warming? Yes, we can measure that, but there are several articles showing how some measurements may be flawed and the actual warming may be less than the 1 degree C reported over the last century.

Is the warming man-made? Yes. The population of the world has risen by about 6 billion people since temperature measurements began. And the average temperature of those 6 billion is 98.6F.

Buildings are heat sinks and hold the heat of the day. Every new building, or every new blacktop drive way, will absorb the sun and hold the heat of the day. The number of buildings in the world are going to double by 2060. We are going to build the equivalent of a new New York City every month for the next 40 years.

So yes, as the population grows and buildings are developed, the earth should have to warm.

But, if you ask the question, is the earth warming because we use fossil fuels, the scientific answer is, almost not at all. Remember how our old weather forecaster and creator of the Weather Channel John Coleman used to say, we might not figure this out in our lifetime, but CO2 is not the cause of this concern.

Study the science, not the politics of global warming. Study the IPCC. Find and read the leaked emails that came out. Find the song, Hide the Decline. You will find all kinds of attempts to cover up and explain away the leaked emails.

Stop being a science denier and stop believing the politicians who know nothing about global warming. Study the science for yourself. The problem and its extent must be understood honestly and scientifically if we are going to know how to address it.
