Encouraging support

It was wonderful to hear Sen. Durbin's comments at a recent Climate Change Forum at North Central College in Naperville. His support of a carbon fee and dividend approach to addressing climate change offers an approach endorsed by the majority of scientists and economists who have studied the issue.

A bipartisan bill is currently gathering support in the House - The Energy Innovation & Carbon Dividend Act, H.R. 763. I look forward to our Illinois senators supporting a similar bill in the Senate.
