Radical secularists are dividing America

What would happen if every time Americans consumed print or broadcast news, listened in a classroom, or watched TV programs and movies, they received a negative and condemning report about their president and his supporters? Do you think that Americans would begin to have extreme and polarizing views of the president and of his supporters?

Would we Americans who once made a reasonable effort to live together in harmony would become sharply divided?

What happens when these same secularly bridled institutions continually raise the issues of race, gender and class, and persistently emphasize our differences in regards to such? Do you think that Americans become a little suspicious and distrustful of one another? Do we Americans who once made a reasonable effort to live together in harmony now become sharply divided?

And ultimately, what happens when America no longer has God's word as our common point of moral reference? Do you think that massive corruption in government, in business, and in our personal lives is the result? Do we Americans who once made a reasonable effort to live together in harmony now become sharply divided?

We all know what happens, because it is happening. America has become more divided than at any time since the Civil War.

The radical secularists are few, but they are powerful. The radical secularists will continue to maintain their desired and pernicious control over the American people only for that length of time that they can drag us away from God and keep us divided.

And so, rather than focusing on those things which divide us, shouldn't we focus on those things which unites us?

Can we Americans, with God's help, once again make a reasonable effort to live together in harmony?
