Elgin council member is bright, responsive, kind

The City of Elgin is very fortunate to have Rosa Martinez as a member of the City Council. She deserves to be re-elected.

We had the pleasure of meeting Rosa when several very important issues emerged that affected our small neighborhood on the west side of Elgin. We reached out to Rosa, and she was the first one in line to help us. She stood head and shoulders above other elected officials we dealt with. She listens intently and does not make rash decisions. She educates herself on issues. Rosa attended our neighborhood meetings and answered our questions. She promptly returned every phone call and text.

Rosa Martinez is very bright, kind, and an overall good person. She is a hard working council member. She deeply cares about the citizens of Elgin and the overall success of our city.

We are honored to know her and will cast our votes to keep her on the city council. We urge others to follow suit.
