Candidate is responsive, dedicated to Elmhurst

Mark Sabatino, Elmhurst 1st Ward Alderman, has been endorsed by the Daily Herald for re-election to the Elmhurst City Council. Mark has demonstrated "commitment, energy, and has gained insight from his experience," according to the Daily Herald. I would agree that there has been tremendous growth in his understanding of local government and associated issues.

I feel comfortable and confident that Mark will serve the 1st Ward well for another term. He has responded promptly to suggestions about managing traffic/parking and development issues, and is planning to hold more small-group meetings to provide meaningful opportunities for thoughtful discussion of issues. I have found him to be very responsive and feel he has gained valuable experience with his service on the Finance Committee.

He is also a supporter of the arts in Elmhurst and will help us elevate our profile in that area. Re-elect Mark Sabatino on April 2.
