Why is MAGA 'racist'?

Question: Why is the statement "Make America Great Again" considered to be racist, divisive or hateful? In a recent letter, the writer said that is his belief. He obviously would make the same ridiculous charges after Japan attacked Pearl harbor and most Americans knew exactly what we had to do, such as the slogan, "Make America Great Again" to fight what was then one of the most racist countries known to man.
