Abortion is a scourge

Abortion of the unborn is the scourge of America. Over 60 million abortions have taken place since the Roe versus Wade decision, according to the National Right to Life Committee.

God had a plan for each of those children. I wonder how many would have been doctors, teachers, plumbers, carpenters, nurses, policemen, firemen, soldiers, and so forth. We'll never know, and we're not the better for it.

The global elitists, Democrats and liberals want to make unforgiving light of yearbook pages from decades ago for targeted individuals, yet fully remain insensitive to the rights of the unborn. Many premature babies are born who live worthwhile lives. It's not just a fetus; it's a life.

Scientific evidence reveals that unborn babies feel pain. "The neural pathways are present for pain to be experienced quite early by unborn babies," explains Steven Calvin, M.D., perinatologist, chair of the Program in Human Rights Medicine, University of Minnesota, where he teaches obstetrics.

With the advent of sonograms and live-action ultrasound images, neonatologists and nurses are able to see unborn babies at 20 weeks gestation react physically to outside stimuli such as sound, light and touch. Surgeons entering the womb to perform corrective procedures on tiny unborn babies have seen those babies flinch, jerk and recoil from sharp objects and incisions. These are signs of life.

It's time to overturn Roe versus Wade. Pray against this infanticide because it's morally wrong. God isn't pleased.
