We need life amendment

After reading Richard Franke's recent letter "Even Roe decision was more thoughtful than this," I would like to observe there is an answer or solution to abortion at any time during pregnancy.

I have read that when the Supreme Court handed down the Roe v. Wade decision, it admitted that if Congress were to establish when human life begins, an unborn child would be protected as a person under the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

A Human Life Amendment (Life at Conception Act) is what is needed.
