Democrats are party of abortion

The Democratic Party has finally been unmasked as the party of unlimited abortion. Remember in the early days of the abortion battle back in the seventies when they claimed all they wanted was abortion to be safe, legal and rare.

Compare that to today when Gov. Ralph Northam, a Democrat of Virginia says "If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen, "Northam said in an interview on WTOP last week. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that's what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother".

What in the world is this governor thinking? The whole purpose of government is to save and protect lives. Once the child is born what decision does the delivering mother have to make except that you protect that child at all costs. We spend billions of dollars every year to save and protect men, women and children from disease and harm but this governor wants to discuss whether a living, breathing young baby should live or die.

The latest polling in America shows that 87 percent of the people are against infanticide, the deliberate killing of a baby. I can't imagine anyone admitting to be in the remaining 13 percent.

The next time a vote occurs on abortion either in Springfield or Washington D.C. I guarantee you that the vast majority of Democrats will vote for the abortion bill in lock step. Our two US Senators, Durbin and Duckworth, both Democrats, are perfect examples of supporting abortion on demand. If anyone doubts this fact simply Google any abortion bill and the senators' name and you will see that the Democratic Party has in fact become the party of abortion.
