We should trust the border agents

Can we just acknowledge the truth about the southern border? The Democrats oppose the wall not because it would not work but rather because it would work. Several years ago Obama, Clinton, etc. all wanted a wall to protect American workers and prevent crime. However, now they view these immigrants as a massive new potential voter base and of course anyone who favors the wall is a racist.

Illegal immigrants commit thousands of felonies every year but we are told to ignore that. A police officer is murdered in California, non-story. The goal is political power at all costs and the means include an open border, abolishing ICE, free medical care for illegal immigrants, etc. When the Democrats propose drones, it is a joke. Drones merely film people coming in and if caught, they are given a court date and released, never to return for their case.

The people we should trust regarding the border are the border guards who work there every day. They live the situation and have been pleading for an expanded physical barrier for years. Over one million legal immigrants come to the U.S. annually but if we are to remain a country, we must control who enters and insist that the legal process be followed.
