Another reason to leave
Once again, there isn't a Democrat who doesn't love another tax. Implementing Bill Daley's proposal to tax commuters who work in Chicago should he be elected mayor of Chicago would be another reason to leave Illinois as a suburbanite along with other businesses considering Illinois saying, "We're outta here."
If pain has to be experienced, for starters, Bill, look at the expenses side of the ledger.
