Nothing to cheer

Regarding the sentiment of "cheers to 200 years, Illinois." Cheers, really? It's more like too, too many years of fears in ILL-inois. Seeing the juxtaposition of the photos of outgoing Gov. Rauner with incoming Gov.-elect Pritzker speaks volumes regarding this state's abysmal climate. Rauner did his best to cut waste, reduce obscene public pensions, etc. Now we have a complicit governor who bends to Madigan and wants to keep the status quo of the entire public sector unions that have continued to suck our state dry. Good luck. We are another small family business that will leave this state so it won't suck our hard work and earnings out of our lives.
