Interesting timing
The timing of a recent guest view is very interesting considering the election is right around the corner. In the Oct, 16 paper, you published a guest view from the Illinois Policy Institute about waste spending by government. What is not clear is the fact that this institute is a conservative organization that at one time was funded by Gov. Rauner, who is locked in a heated campaign for re-election.
