Elect the outsider
Being the top legal officer for the state of Illinois, the attorney general's job is extremely important.
The Democratic candidate this year, Kwame Raoul is an entrenched politician from the Chicago political machine. Will a Democratic attorney general take on corrupt Democrats? Doubtful.
Erika Harold, the Republican candidate, was given hundreds of thousands of dollars by Bruce Rauner and the Illinois Republican Party during a primary election in which both should have been impartial. Will Harold prosecute corrupt Republicans? Doubtful.
Both Raoul and Harold are compromised as attorney general candidates. The way to ensure a fair, objective yet tough attorney general is to elect someone outside of the two party system.
Libertarian Bubba Harsy is the best choice for attorney general. Bubba will not shield politicians from either political party who are corrupt. Let's clean up Illinois' political culture. Vote Bubba Harsy for Illinois attorney general in November.
