Would he erode environmental protections?
Brett Kavanaugh believes that a sitting president should not be subject to civil or criminal investigations and has other troubling views on presidential power. This alone should trouble Americans. Was he nominated solely because the president that nominated him is under investigation?
Kavanaugh has repeatedly ruled to erode environmental protections. The environment belongs to all forms of life on earth. Clean air to breath and clean water to drink are the birthright of all living breathing beings. It is not our to destroy.
