Use your voice. Vote

Now anyone in Illinois can vote from the comfort of their home. No need to stand in lines. You can easily request a ballot by mail or get one online at ILVoteAtHome.org. You will receive your ballot two to three weeks before the election.

You can sign up for Informed Delivery to track your request and see when your ballot is on its way to you. You can then return it by mail, in person to the county clerk or on Election Day at your polling place. If you mail the ballot in the prepaid (no stamp needed) envelope, your signature is your guarantee nobody can steal or cast your ballot.

You can also register to vote. The last day is Oct. 9.

Remember, your vote is your voice. Use it.
