A troubling pattern of crossing the line
Sean Casten's history on social media shows a pattern of statements that cross the line and appear to stir the pot just to cause controversy. This lack of even basic civility is unbecoming of a candidate for Congress.
For example, Casten took to social media to declare the entire Republican Party "the Pedophile Party," said that the entire Republican Party "fetishized ignorance", and said that GOP donors were "The top 0.2 percent, 80 farmers and morons."
Slanderous generalizations like I just described do nothing to help bridge the political divide in America and electing a toxic candidate like Sean Casten will only widen that divide and continue the disunity in Washington. If elected, he'd simply add fuel to the fire - which is the last thing our country needs.
