All for the hate of a president

So many hours, days, and months have been wasted and millions of dollars spent and for what? All for the hate of a president.

All the corruption uncovered. All the false confidence of Hillary Clinton and her email servers. All the negativity that the FBI will recover from but had to endure. Reputations have been seriously damaged. Friendships irrevocably destroyed. Faith in our government diminished (again). All this loss, ugliness and doubt - all for the hate of a president.

Like it or not - he is our president. Love him or hate him - civility, courtesy, honesty, respect, tact and politeness should prevail if we truly are members of responsible American citizenry. I'm so sorry for all this hatred and hope we can move beyond it. Only then can we begin to heal from this mess.
