Firing Fox was unfair
The Bears management was not fair with firing John Fox. The man had to put up with a terrible quarterback for two years that management would not get rid of. They finally got rid of the quarterback but did not allow John Fox to properly train the new quarterback. I do not blame Fox for the Bears' bad management decisions. Oh well. Hopefully they will allow the new coach to train the new quarterback.
