What about loopholes?

Here's a thought: Why don't those Republican legislators who are crafting the new tax legislation get specific with the American people regarding tax loopholes and the intention to eliminate them? I have not heard a single word about them in the proposed legislation. It is common knowledge that many U.S. corporations do not pay their full tax obligation because of slick lawyers using a myriad loopholes. If they want public support, then tell us what will be done to hold large corporations accountable for their tax obligations.
