Christmas is not secular

How in the name of Jesus Christ, whose birth is the sole reason for the Christmas season, does Mundelein or any other community have a secular Christmas? There is no such thing. Mundelein can erect a pine tree and decorate it in festive lights and call it a holiday tree; what holiday it would represent is another question. Erect the tree but please don't call it a secular representation of Christmas. Christmas is either the celebration of the birth of Christ or it's nothing at all.
