Impressed, grateful for summer lessons

Every summer South Barrington Club conducts swimming and tennis programs. As grandparents it is our duty to say a few words about our experience from these programs.

Group lessons of swimming and tennis promoted friendship and the ability to closely work and compete with fellows of same age group.

The children had fun and enjoyed working as a team and excited to receive the awards for excellence. At the end of the summer it was so nice see how well the grandchildren could swim and play tennis. The summer swimming and tennis program at the South Barrington Club helped the children to maintain healthy lives.

Our grandchildren had a good amount of physical activity and exercise, preventing overweight and obesity and most importantly the summer vacation time was spent in a useful manner.

The credit for this excellent summer program goes to the entire staff at the South Barrington Club including fine organization in tennis by Jay Morgan, Paul Burrus, Karl Morgan and all the coaches and in swimming by the excellent and efficient organization of Colleen Fear and Sheena Glass and by the fine effort by all the swimming coaches and life guards.
