Northern Illinois Food Bank raises $300,000 at 13th annual Fight Hunger Run

May 13, 2026 5:41 pm - Over 1,600 participants and 100 volunteers gathered at Cantigny Park for Northern Illinois Food Bank's 13th annual Fight Hunger event. Last year, the nonprofit provided 93 million meals. They expect to serve 35,000 additional neighbors in May and June due to SNAP requirement changes.
