Marquette Management named property manager for 3 Chicago-area rental communities

Marquette Management has been named property manager for three rental developments in suburban Chicago - Ovaltine Court in Villa Park, The Ponds of Naperville and Woodlands of Crest Hill.

The firm adds 1,290 apartments to its management portfolio, which now stands at more than 40 properties and 14,787 units.

Ovaltine Court offers 344 apartments with a variety of one- to two-bedroom floor plans in an adaptive reuse of the historically significant Ovaltine Factory. Amenities include a pool with sun deck, 24-hour fitness center, conference room, playground, a picnic area with grills and EV charging stations. The community is walking distance to several local restaurants and shops, and near the Metra commuter rail station offering quick access to downtown Chicago.

Located near Springbrook Prairie Forest Preserve, The Ponds of Naperville features 216 one- and two-bedroom apartments across multiple buildings with amenities such as a community clubhouse, playground, picnic area, pool and sun deck, and fitness center with Peloton bikes. It is located in Indian Prairie Unit District 204.

Situated on 17 wooded acres, The Woodlands of Crest Hill offers 730 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Outdoor amenities take advantage of the community's parklike setting with a resort-style swimming pool, sand volleyball court and dog park. Indoors, residents have access to a fitness center, remote-work-friendly clubhouse, and business lounge with computers and printers.
