Nova Medical Products leases 91,956-square-foot building in North Aurora

Rosemont-based Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a 91,956-square-foot lease on behalf of Nova Medical Products at 410 Smoke Tree Plaza, North Aurora.

Construction on the new class A industrial facility is set to finish in Q2 2024. It is located in the Park 88 Logistics Center with immediate access to Interstate 88 via Route 31. Relocating from McCook, Nova will occupy 55% of the 165,928-square-foot building in a long-term lease.

Kenneth Franzese and John Cassidy, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates, represented Nova Medical Products, a manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment products such as canes, crutches, transport chairs, and knee scooters.

John Whitehead and Jack Brennan of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord, TradeLane Properties.
