AAR signs foreign military distribution deal

WOOD DALE - AAR Corp. has signed a multiyear foreign military distribution agreement with Pall Corp.

The deal grants AAR exclusive rights to distribute and market select Pall filtration products to foreign military customers in worldwide territories, with the exception of Japan and South Korea.

Pall, headquartered in Port Washington, New York, is a filtration, separation and purification leader providing solutions to meet the fluid management needs of global customers across the broad spectrum of industries.

AAR will now plan, stock and actively promote Pall's highly engineered filtration products and solutions.

AAR is a global aerospace and defense aftermarket solutions company with operations in over 20 countries. It supports commercial airlines and government customers.
