Navigant Law Group adds senior attorney

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Jasmina de la Torre has been hired as a senior attorney on the Business Law team at Arlington Heights' Navigant Law Group LLC.

Her resume features a 25-year legal career in litigation, transactional business law, commercial real estate, and estate and trust administration.

"We are excited to bring someone with Jasmina's background and holistic approach to legal counsel to our firm," said Navigant co-founder Susan Dawson. "Being able to think like a litigator adds valuable perspective when negotiating the terms of a deal or drafting a contract."

De la Torre is a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago and earned her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law. De la Torre speaks Spanish and Serbian, and has studied multiple other languages, allowing her to assist a broader range of clients.

"I am genuinely excited to join Susan Dawson and Mildred Palmer, the founders of this successful women-owned enterprise," de la Torre said. "Much like the example they have set, when I represent a client, I will invest the time needed to learn about the client's background, their industry, and their legal needs inside and out.
