Kaplan joins Entre Commercial Realty
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Entre Commercial Realty said Kevin Kaplan, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, has joined its team to expand the firm's coverage in the North and Northwest Chicago suburbs.
Kaplan brings more than seven years of experience in commercial brokerage, including representation of landlord assignments, tenant representation, lease negotiations, lease renewals, acquisitions and sales. He has an extensive track record and success in multiple aspects of commercial brokerage, including industrial, office, land and retail transactions.
Prior to joining Entre, Kaplan was a top producing senior broker for Premier Commercial Realty as a part of a brokerage team in the North and Northwest suburban markets.
Kaplan graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University where he majored in history, along with a master's degree in education from American College of Education.
He holds a CCIM membership, which is recognized as one of the top commercial real estate designations in the nation.
