Prairie Capital Advisors welcomes David Horvath

• Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc., a leading corporate advisory and investment banking firm announced it has hired David Horvath, CPA as Managing Director. Horvath will focus on Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) advisory services, including sustainability. His experience will also allow Prairie to expand service offerings to include compensation and employee benefit consulting services.

The addition of Horvath is part of a larger initiative by Prairie to expand the firm's reach to prospective ownership transition clients and to enhance existing relationships.

Prior to joining Prairie, Horvath spent 35 years at Crowe LLP, most recently as Managing Director of the Employee Benefits Tax Group working closely with ESOPs. In addition, his responsibilities included qualified plan administration, executive compensation, benefit consulting and mergers and acquisitions.

Horvath earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marquette University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
