Bistro opens in Riverwalk II office building

BUFFALO GROVE - Fresh Bistro, a made-to-order bistro concept, is opening this week at Riverwalk II, a 12-story office building at 2100 E. Lake-Cook Road in Buffalo Grove.

Fresh Bistro is a new concept from Infuse Hospitality, a national food and beverage management company that owns the Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea brand. Fresh Bistro is a concept Infuse designed solely for Accesso properties.

The bistro is expected to cater to people's increasing demand for healthy fare and fresh ingredients. The menu features breakfast favorites such as bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches - with a healthy twist including turkey bacon and hot honey. What's more, the lunch selection at Fresh Bistro features a variety of salads and bowls, including the option for customers to build their own dishes.

The Florida-based Accesso, a property management company, owns Riverwalk II. Its new bistros will be open at each property from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
