ML Realty Partners acquires 80,000-square-foot building in Lake County
ITASCA - ML Realty Partners announced the acquisition of an 80,738 square foot industrial building in Buffalo Grove. 1200 Barclay Boulevard is a freestanding, single-tenant industrial facility that is fully leased by InTech Direct, Inc.
"This is a quality asset in excellent condition and we are excited to add it to our portfolio," said Brendan Hill, acquisition director of ML Realty Partners. "This building has an outstanding Lake County location with terrific access to expressways, retail establishments and many other amenities."
Joel Friedland of Brit Properties and Steve Stone of Cushman Wakefield were the brokers involved in the transaction.
