LAKE ZURICH - Entre Commercial Realty represented the buyer for a free standing 12,000-square-foot building located at 430-440 Telser Road in Lake Zurich.
Entre was able to identify an opportunity that was not listed on the market which fit their client's needs. The building features about 6,000 square feet of office space, 16 feet clear, two drive-in-doors, 42 car parking and is situated on 1.5 acres. The buyer is a local company that required additional space in the industrial park.
