NAPERVILLE - The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Thursday announced the recipients of its 2022 Four Under 40 Achievement Awards. This annual award recognizes four young professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate excellence in community leadership, leadership in business, as well as excellence in career, and life balance.

After an interview process, the following young business professionals have been selected: Kim Dalaskey, principal broker and owner, Monarque Group; Marlee Harford, owner, iTrees; Lauren Lee, owner, Lucky Duck Junk Removal; and Paul Novak, senior wealth manager, T2 Asset Management.

The chamber will host a cocktail reception from 4:30-6:30 p.m. June 1 to honor the recipients at the Danada House, 3S501 Naperville Road, Wheaton. "We could not believe the number of impressive nominations for the Four Under 40 Achievement Award this year," said Kaylin Risvold, president and CEO of the NACC. "Not only does the volume of submissions mean our community is filled with young professionals leaving a mark, but it also shows us that Naperville businesses are flooded with capable future leaders primed to make change inside their respective fields made evident by the winners we have selected."
