2022 CAMME Awards Celebrate Chicagoland Apartment Industry Excellence

CHICAGO - The 2022 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards celebrated 55 winners at its 27th annual gala April 29, at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Nearly 1000 industry professionals attended the Chicagoland Apartment Association's prestigious CAMME awards gala to honor the excellence of Chicagoland's multifamily housing industry.

"The CAMME Awards provide a special opportunity to honor apartment professionals who go above and beyond to serve residents throughout the multi-family rental housing community," said Michael Mini, executive vice president of the CAA. "CAA represents an incredibly diverse range of members-from small, independent owners of two-flats, affordable housing property development companies, and large institutional real estate investment trusts-CAMME Award winners truly reflect the top level of excellence in our industry. Our property managers, engineers, maintenance team leaders and leasing professionals serving low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise properties who have earned a CAMME award represent the very best our industry."

The CAA represents more than 6,000 apartment professionals who own and/or manage over 255,000 market rate and affordable rental units in over 1,300 apartment properties in the Chicagoland region. This year, nearly 300 entries were submitted with winners selected based on their ability to meet or exceed a set standard of criteria, including financial and performance goal achievement, overall exterior condition, curb appeal and maintenance of the property, landscaping, condition and design, marketing, community outreach programs and resident satisfaction.

Six properties were recognized with the most prestigious CAMME, the Property Excellence Award, honoring top performance in the following categories:

Property Excellence for Low-Rise/Garden Apartment Buildings Built Between 1997-2013

HighPoint Community Apartments (ROMEOVILLE), managed by Marquette Management, Inc.

Property Excellence for Low-Rise/Garden Apartment Buildings Built Between 2014-2020

Prairie Winds Apartments (ST. CHARLES), managed by TLC Management Company

Property Excellence for Mid-Rise/Hi-Rise Buildings Built Between 1969-1996

Astor House (CHICAGO), managed by Group Fox Management

Property Excellence for Mid-Rise/Hi-Rise Buildings Built Between 1997-2013

AMLI at Seven Bridges (WOODRIDGE), managed by AMLI Residential

Property Excellence for Mid-Rise/Hi-Rise Buildings built between 2014-2020

Marq on Main (LISLE) , managed by Marquette Management, Inc.
