Wintrust wins highest ranking by J.D. Power

ROSEMONT - Wintrust Financial Corp. said it received the highest award and rank in the J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.

Awards were given in regions across the nation, and Wintrust was ranked tops in Illinois. The study is based on ratings responses from more than 101,000 retail banking customers in seven categories.

Wintrust Community Banks received the top score based on survey results in categories such as overall satisfaction, trust, people, account offerings, resolving problems or complaints and convenience.
