E78 Partners acquires finance consulting firm

OAK BROOK - E78 Partners, a provider of finance- and accounting-related solutions to the private capital industry, Monday said it has acquired Texas-based The CFO Suite.

The CFO Suite is a professional services firm providing interim, project and direct-hire financial executives and staff. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The company will now be known as The CFO Suite, an E78 Partners Company.

E78 has more than 300 team members and serves over 125 alternative investment fund managers with responsibility for more than $30 billion in assets under management. The firm actively supports more than 300 institutionally backed portfolio companies and management teams.
