Occupying 50 acres for active airport usage, the total property consists of 246 acres including wetlands. Listed for $8 million, Campbell Airport is a private/public airport operating since 1964. The property is home base to 51 aviators housing single engine and multiple engine aircraft in seven hangars with potential for additional rentable revenue-producing hangars.
