Investor buys The Residences at Hamilton Lakes

ITASCA - JVM Realty Corp. said it has acquired The Residences at Hamilton Lakes, a 297-unit luxury apartment community in Itasca.

JVM is a Chicago-based multifamily real estate investment and property management firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Located at 1133 N. Arlington Heights Road, The Residences at Hamilton Lakes is made up of three, four-story residential buildings and a clubhouse set on 10.7 acres within the Hamilton Lakes Business Park. Built in 2017, the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-certified community features a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
