Lou Malnati's Pizzeria coming to Hoffman Estates

HOFFMAN ESTATES — Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, based in Northbrook, said it plans to open its newest location early this year in Hoffman Estates.

The popular deep dish pizzeria is now building the restaurant at 1407 Palatine Road in a multi-tenant shopping center adjacent to Starbucks and Jewel-Osco, at Palatine Road and Huntington Boulevard.

The Lou Malnati's Pizzeria will also serve the Barrington and South Barrington suburbs. The menu is highlighted by the legendary deep dish pizza and features thin crust along with tasty appetizers, salads, pastas and desserts.

The 1,730-square-foot space will offer local residents carryout and delivery only. While the latest location will not include a dining room, it will provide easy curbside pick-up, no-contact delivery, and drop off catering services for hungry fans.

Malnati's will hire approximately 50 local employees and is looking to fill various positions including delivery drivers, kitchen crew and phone staff. The managers are currently holding interviews at the Schaumburg location and will be conducted in person or via Zoom, depending on availability.
