Mateja joins Downers Grove office of Berkshire Hathaway

Terri Doney, managing broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago's Downers Grove, Hinsdale and La Grange offices, said Tina Marie Mateja has joined the firm's Downers Grove office. In 2021, Mateja's closed business exceeded $25 million.

Mateja began selling real estate in 2003 and has been successful helping her clients through many different markets. With 94% of her business coming from referrals, Mateja strives to be her clients' Realtor for life. She has sold over $275 million worth of real estate with more than 1,000 transactions.

Mateja has taken advanced coursework and earned the following designations: Certified Real Estate Negotiator; Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource; and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She also has experience with relocation as well as transitioning clients into larger homes and downsizing.

Additionally, Mateja has been named a Five Star Professional Real Estate Award recipient for the last seven years. She has a proven marketing strategy that includes professional photography, drone video, designer consultation, staging specialists and contractors.
