EN Engineering acquires energy-related business

WARRENVILLE - EN Engineering said it has acquired G2 Integrated Solutions, a national provider of critical asset integrity and compliance solutions for operators of natural gas and electrical infrastructure.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based out of Houston, G2 offers a suite of consulting services that enable clients to efficiently and safely operate within regulatory and compliance frameworks. Focused on technology-enabled service delivery, G2 provides solutions to clients across a broad range of the energy market.

"We are thrilled to have G2 IS join EN," said Adam Biggam, CEO of Warrenville-based EN Engineering. "This partnership will bring together two leaders in asset integrity consulting and will significantly enhance the capabilities and reach of both of our organizations."

G2 has offices in Texas, California, Arizona and India.

EN Engineering employs more than 2,000 professionals across 32 locations in the U.S. who provide comprehensive engineering, consulting, design, asset integrity, data solutions and automation services to utilities, operators and industrial customers.
