Glory Global Solutions has deal to buy cash automation solutions company

LISLE - Glory Global Solutions Inc. Monday said it has made an offer to acquire Revolution Retail Systems LLC, based in Carrollton, Texas.

Revolution's management expertise spans 35 years in the retail and cash-management industry. Revolution's cash-management solutions for the broad retail market has led to its equipment being used in hotels, universities, big box retail, grocery, casinos, airports and truck stops nationally and internationally.

"Our combined organizations will deliver more value and innovation to the market at a time when cash automation is critically needed to provide efficiency, connectivity and security," said Chris T. Reagan, president, Glory Global Solutions, Americas and senior executive officer of Glory LTD.

Lisle-based Glory's cash automation technologies and process engineering services help businesses in more than 100 countries optimize the handling, movement and management of cash.

Proposed financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The deal is subject to Glory and Revolution obtaining the necessary clearances, Glory said.

Glory employs more than 11,000 professionals worldwide with dedicated research and development and manufacturing facilities across the world.
